Hygiene measures for all players at Exitadventure GmbH
Dear players
Due to the current situation, there may be waiting times. We separate all groups from each other so that as few people as possible are on our premises at the same time.
This preventive measure is for the protection of our staff as well as the players. We hope that all players can feel comfortable with us despite the current situation.
We would like to thank all the players for their patience and hope you have fun with us.
Measures for the players:
- All players must disinfect their hands before entering (downstairs)!
- All players must wear protective masks, as well as, gloves will be provided!
- All players must follow the instructions of the match director!
- Please make sure that you do not touch your face during the game.
- All players must provide their surname, first name and e-mail address to ensure traceability!
- All players are requested to pay without cash.
What does Exitadventure do preventively for you players:
- Daily cleaning of all surfaces and touch points including disinfection.
- The employees always wear a mask.
- Regularly disinfect critical contact points during operation, e.g. door handles, cash desk area, reception area, etc.
- Weekly deep cleaning and disinfection of the entire facility.
- Toilet cleaning several times a day generally only closed waste containers (disposal daily).
- Regular and sufficient air exchange in working rooms is ensured (ventilate rooms several times a day where possible).
- Surfaces and objects (e.g. work surfaces, keyboards, telephones) are cleaned regularly with a commercial cleaning agent.
- The sanitary facilities are regularly cleaned and disinfected.
- Several disinfection stations are available.
- Masks and gloves are provided by Exitadventure.
Special measures:
People with symptoms of illness such as fever, cough or severe cold are not permitted to visit our escaperooms. Also people with a mask dispensation are not allowed to play our indoor games.
Our game leaders are authorised to deny access to the escaperoom to persons with the above symptoms!
