A mysterious power cut has paralysed Rapperswil. Only you can save the town! The power grid is paralysed by several nodes and a secret emergency generator controlled. Your mission: Find these control points, activate them - and make Rapperswil shine again.

But beware: this mission is of global importance. Double agents are on their way to stop you. Fortunately, you are equipped with a powerful ability - Hacking! Use this tool wisely, because it can make the difference between success and failure.

Welcome to Blackoutthe first outdoor escape game in Switzerland with Integrated multiplayer versus mode! Compete against each other in teams, prove your strategic skills and hack each other to steal valuable resources such as energy and dollars.

Thanks to GPS support and clever geocaching gameplay, Rapperswil becomes your personal playing field. Whether in the picturesque old town, on the lakeshore or in the children's zoo area - every corner can become part of your adventure.

We recommend playing the game from the age of 18 with adult supervision.

The whole game takes place in the old town of Rapperswil. So there are no streets to cross.

GPS BASEDThe puzzles are scattered all over the city centre. You can only solve them in the right place. How do you get there? That's up to you!

GROUPS UP TO 6 PERSONSWe recommend a group size of up to 6 people. Games with up to 50 teams possible. In this case we recommend several games starting from the same starting point.
GROUPS IN DIRECT COMPETITIONThe teams always play against each other. At the end of the game, the best agent team receives the coveted Agent Trophy.

What do I need to bring with me?

Clothing suitable for the weather. We will provide you with everything else you need for the game.

What are our opening hours?

Our "opening hours" refer to our booking times and are therefore not regular "opening hours". On days when we have no bookings, it may happen that no one is on site.

How many players can play?

Depending on the outdoor game, 2-300 players can play at the same time. (groups of 6)

We are a group of 7, can we still all "puzzle" together in one group?

We recommend 4-6 people per group. If there are 7 people, we also recommend a group of 7 outside.

How can I cancel a reservation?

Up to 48 hours before the appointment, this is no problem.

For this to work smoothly, reply to the confirmation email.

What happens if we are late?

In order to ensure that the game runs smoothly for the following groups, you may have to wait longer.

Is there an age limit?

We recommend all our games from the age of 14.

Children under 14 years of age may only play if accompanied by an adult. From 14-18 only with the signature of the parents (legal guardian).

There are less or more of us than stated in the booking.

If you let us know 48 hours before the event, this should not be a problem.

How long does a game last?

Depending on the outdoor game, the games last between 1 1/2h to 5h.

How can we pay?

You can pay on site in cash or by card (everything except Postcard).

Where can we park?

You will not find any visitor parking spaces directly on site. We are in the old town (no driving). Use the City Parkhaus (200m) or the Parkhaus See (200m) in the immediate vicinity. If you arrive by train, it is another 200m on foot.

You can book up to 48 hours in advance via our homepage. If your booking is successful, you will receive a confirmation email with all important information.

Where can your outdoor games be played?

We offer these primarily in Rapperswil, but have partners spread throughout Switzerland.

Where does our event start?

These always start at the fish market square or in our office, this is decided by the game leader at the time of booking based on the size of the group.

What can we do when it's bad weather?

We will provide you with raincoats that you can use. Of course, we assume that you will dress appropriately for the weather.

What kind of games do you offer?

Is the route given or can we change something here?

As a rule, the route is predefined, but we can also change it.
We can set up a route in virtually any location imaginable and adjust the playing time.
It doesn't matter whether it's a company site, a forest or a body of water. Contact us, we will be happy to advise you.

What is the ideal group size for a game?

To ensure that everyone is busy and no one feels excluded and can participate, a group size of 4-6 people is recommended.

Is it possible to integrate your own questions into the game?

In principle, yes, get in touch with us. It takes a bit of practice for these questions to have the desired effect, but we are happy to help.

At corporate events, it often happens that we incorporate company knowledge into the puzzles.

A bachelor farewell usually includes a beer bong or a stop with questions from the bride or groom's past.

These options are simply associated with additional costs.

How is it different from an Escape Room?

The game takes place outside. You are not in a room and go across the city.

The game time is longer than a usual Escape Room and you will certainly go further than in the Escape Room.

Are we allowed to consume alcohol during the match?

We have an absolute ban on alcohol. If you come heavily intoxicated, we may have to refuse you the game and charge a fee for our efforts.

We do this to protect our partners and our inventory.
